Pannus at C1-C2


95 year old Patient, female, with clinical history of collapse, requested a CT Head.
The first bottom CT images were abnormal at the foramen








And then we decided to scan a few slices down into C3.

Cervical cord impingement (Pannus at C1-C2) that could cause the collapse.
One of the reasons why we should start the CT Head scan at C1
