CSF MR with 3D FIESTA

Paciente jovem, sexo feminino, cefaleias persistentes.

Estudo TC por hipotensão LCR.

A nível do disco C7/D1 existência de uma espinha óssea epidural anterior mediana com cerca de 3,5 mm provocando eventualmente laceração meningea.

Estudo mielográfico por RM com ponderação 3D FIESTA em equipamento GE Signa HDX 1.5T.

CT Study  reveled  at the C7/T1 level the existence of an epidural spinal median bone of about 3.5 mm, possibly causing meningeal laceration.

Confirmed by MR myelographic (3D FIESTA, GESigna 1.5T HDX)
